Baby yoga

Love!!!

Look who found her legs..

At 16 months Ellie is offically walking. She's still a tiny little thing and stays super busy trying to keep up with her brothers. Mostly she's interested in books, purses, her push stroller, little kitchen, and baby dolls. She actually LOVES babies, too bad she's the last, she would have made a great big sister. Looking forward to her interacting with her new cousin Kate, due in May! Love to all.

Jay's 5th Birthday

Scott has been nagging me lately to update the blog and I'm so glad I dove into our past photos tonight. I decided to update with Jay's 5th birthday. Boy, is this little guy excited to be 5!!!! It was a beautiful, hot summer day here in Atlanta, and we threw a big pool party for him. In all, about 40 people came to wish him Happy Birthday, including his friends, siblings, and parents and we all had a great time. Here's a brief photo trip down memory lane and some pics from Jay's party this year. love to all! Jay at 4 years old.. good ole' Chuck E Cheese, and I was 8 months pregnant with Ellie.

His 3rd Birthday...

Jay's 2nd birthday, I was pregnant with Andrew, and I did make the fire truck cake!

Feeding time

Ellie loves her baby food! And the boys love to feed her. At first I was timid about letting them feed her, but now I routinely assign this "job" to one of them while I get things ready for our day or while I prepare dinner. Good sibling bonding! One day when they are (hopefully) fathers of their own, I will remind them how they LOVED feeding their baby sister. xo! M

Amelia Island

Our trip was complete with an Easter egg hunt. Jay found the most eggs, but was not at all interested in the candy.

Family pic on the beach after the sunrise Easter service.

We ate at a great local restaurant - Sandy Bottoms, our table was literally on the beach. There was live music and after dinner we got to relax while Ellie fell asleep in her carrier and Jay and Andrew played on the beach. perfect!

Jay's treasure...

Before the Easter egg hunt, Scott ran in the Bunny Hop 5K. This was a hilariously small race...

Here we are waiting at the finish line for Scott.

Ellie... all smiles during her first trip to the beach :)

I think Andrew loves it here.

Ellie wasn't too sure about the Easter bunny...

Jay loved that the hotel maids made a bed for his teddy bear.

Jay in the dunes Easter Sunday

In April we picked up and went to Amelia Island, FL over Easter weekend and it was AWESOME! The weather was perfect and it was so nice to get away for a long holiday. We had a chance to visit with Mary, Nick, and baby Bill, and it was so wonderful to bond as a family. Jay and Andrew loved the beach, and on Easter Sunday we went to a beautiful sunrise servive on the beach. And this year our 7th wedding anniversary was Easter Sunday - and what a wonderful 7 years it has been.
